Meredith has been teaching dog training classes and doing behavior consultations for many years, and was one of the original instructors when the Upper Valley Humane Society in Enfield NH opened its training center in 2002. She continued to teach classes and offered consultations for UVHS until the program closed in 2012. While at UVHS, she also worked extensively with shelter dogs and training shelter dog volunteers. She implemented protocols for stress management and enrichment as well as for training and behavior modification. She is certified as a dog behavior consultant through the International Association of Animal Behavior Consultants. She is a Maxwell Award winner from the Dog Writers Association of America for the behavior column she wrote for the Australian Shepherd Journal from 2002 until 2010. She's been raising Australian shepherds since 1982 and her Tricorn kennel name is permanently registered with the Australian Shepherd Club of America. She is a registered Canine Good Citizen evaluator with the American Kennel Club. She's been teaching dog bite safety to children since 1992 when she started the humane education program, The Community Dog. She lives a very active life with her husband, 2 grown children, 3 grandsons and of course, Sam.

Kim Branch CPDT-KA

Kim has been involved with dogs for many years. Her favorite breeds are English mastiffs and Australian shepherds. She has raised and rescued English mastiffs and is owned by Teah, a gentle giant who is Queen of the castle. Her Aussies are Tex and Lola. She competes and has agility titles on Tex.
